Uses
Ammonium Bicarbonate is widely used as raising agent as it produces more gas than sodium bicarbonate without leaving any salty or soapy taste. It is affirmed by US FDA as GRAS(generally recognized as safe) and widely accepted as safe food additive in many countries with E number E503.
Benefits
This compound is alkaline therefore it can be swallowed to cure cancer or heart diseases and kill viruses of cold and flu as it turns the body from acidic to alkaline, a state in which these viruses cannot survive. Baking soda can also be taken to cure kidney diseases that will eventually stop need for dialysis.
Cautions
As Ammonium Bicarbonate is widely known as safe, there is no limit on dosage of intake. However, we still recommend consumers to consult professionals before using large quantity of Ammonium Bicarbonate for long period.
