Protease

  • Proteases are any group of enzymes that catalyze the hydrolytic degradation of proteins or polypeptides to smaller amino acid polymers.
  • Acid stable proteases are capable of acidic protein hydrolysis. They are typically used in dietary supplements and many other applications requiring hydrolysis in highly acidic conditions.
