Uses
The white alder is a tree in the family of alders that is native to western North America. Historically, the white alder was used to treat female health needs. Currently, it is used medicinally to combat allergy symptoms.
Benefits
Pollen is extracted from the white alder tree and used in the manufacture of homeopathic allergy relief tablets. When ingested, the pollen excites the body’s allergic reaction systems, which then works to relieve all allergy symptoms.
