  • Homeopaths prescribe Hepar sulphuris for colds, coughs, sore throats, croup , abscesses, earaches, inflamed cuts and wounds, asthma , arthritis, emphysema , herpes, constipation , conjunctivitis, Candida albicans infections, syphilis , sinusitis, and skin infections.

Benefits

  • Colds and Catarrh:

This is a cold or the flu that usually has symptoms such as a fever, sneezing, and a need for warmth.

There may be excessive catarrh which goes from being watery to thick in its consistency. The nostrils become raw and sore and the throat gets a tickle. There is often pain in the ears and this may very well develop into sinusitis.

Hepar sulph can be a helpful homeopathic remedy for all of these symptoms.

  • Coughs and Croup:

Hepar sulph is recommended when there is a dry hacking cough that is usually associated with a sore throat.

The cough may become worse through time and may cause the individual to feel as though they are actually choking as a result of it.

  • Sore Throat:

Hepar sulph works well for a throat that is sore and which creates hoarseness. This homeopathic remedy can work to get rid of the pain associated with it and the coughing that accompanies it as well.

  • Skin Conditions:

Hepar sulph works well for skin that becomes rough and inflamed, or which develops eruptions such as acne. These skin eruptions may be painful, smelly, and very slow to heal.

  • Digestive Disorders:

Hepar sulp is commonly recommended in situations where there is often a presence of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The abdomen just doesn’t feel right as there is an unsettled feeling.

Cautions
