Lady’s mantle is used both internally and topically to treat wounds, gastrointestinal complaints, and female ailments. Historically, lady’s mantle has been used as:

- muscle relaxer
- diuretic
- cosmetics
- menstrual cycle regulation
- anti-inflammatory
- digestive disorder treatment
- wound healing
Benefits
Lady’s mantle contains tannin, which is beneficial in anti-diarrhea treatments and astringents.
Cautions
Common dosage of lady’s mantle to treat diarrhea is 5 to 10g of herb daily, however there isn’t clinical evidence to support this recommendation.
