- Silica Silylate, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Trimethylsiloxysilicate and Trifluoropropyldimethyl/Trimethylsiloxysilicate are siloxane polymers. Siloxane polymers are polymers in which the backbone structure consists of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms.
